Our minimum order is 500 units, with some exceptions for 250.

We do not know--we are the direct manufacturer & wholesaler that sells to distributors.
The distributors sell to individual stores, which we have no complete knowledge of.
Only inquire about ordering if you have a large quantity order.

All sticks come packaged in retail packaging, in a tube (as shown on home page) in a plastic bag with a hang tag, ready to display hanging in your store if you like.
If the product is for a team and you do not need packaging, please note that in your email and I will quote you accordingly. All tubes are sold with the branded sticker which contains directions.

If you need the order by a particular date, please let us know.
We will do the best we can to fullfill your order by your requested date,
but it may not always be possible, depending on the size of the order and how many orders are before yours to be filled.
*Please try to order at least 4 weeks before you need the product.
Allow more time if your order is over 1000.

SHIPPING:

Shipping & Handling will be added to the invoice once it has been determined.  The shipping is  determined by the weight, so I cannot tell you the shipping total until your order is packed.  The sticks are packed with 125-150/box.
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless you request a Rush.

BILLING:

All orders for the product must  be paid in advance--at the time the order is placed.

PAYMENT:

We prefer payment of a check, but will accept a Visa or Mastercard.
No American Express-sorry.
